Third or Fourth Saturday of the Month 3:00-5:00 pm
Held at a Private Home
Join others in recovery for a Shabbat afternoon program dedicated to discussing one of the Twelve Steps or Twelve Traditions and connecting the theme to Jewish spirituality and learning. A light seudah shlishit (third meal of Shabbat) will be served. During the winter months we will be able to close with Havdalah.
Please note, this not an AA meeting, per se, but is open to family members and supportive friends of Jewish people in recovery. We’ll take what we’ve learned through our life-changing (and life-saving) experiences with AA’s twelve steps and connect it to the wisdom from our Jewish tradition, deepening our recovery and our Jewish spirituality together.
Please RSVP for location information.
